NSO is supporting a sanction request from the California Staff Organization (CSO). They are asking that NSO members refrain from applying for a staff position in the Palm Desert area until further notice. CTA has failed in its duty to provide due process and progressive discipline for a CSO member. CSO is dealing with the issue through the arbitration process.
